Delivery Terms and conditions.

1. Online 'Hardware only' orders that are purchased before 11.30am will usually be dispatched within 1-3 working days of receipt of order, provided items are in stock. If any order has 'bespoke printing' items, then orders are usually dispatched within 4-5 day, provided items are in stock.
    
2. Any order received during weekends, UK bank holidays will be processed on the next available working day.
    
3. All deliveries will need to be signed for, please ensure that someone is available to sign for the delivered goods.
    
4. Unless inspected prior to signing, deliveries should signed 'unchecked'. If any delivery of goods have been damaged, you must report the damaged goods order to Inspire Graphics within 3 working days and return to us by 7 working days. For more information on our returns policy, please see the returns and refund terms and conditions below.
5. Deliveries cannot be made on Sundays or Bank holidays.
    
6. Deliveries cannot be made to PO BOX numbers.
    
7. If you have supplied Inspire Graphics with a incorrect delivery address, we reserve the right to make additional charges for the extra carriage cost incurred.
    
8. If goods are returned because Inspire Graphics were supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, then carriage cost will not be refundable.
    
9. The above delivery charges apply to goods ordered via the www.inspiregraphics.co.uk website, and may be changed at any time.
    
10. Free deliveries: All orders with UK sterling value of £150.00* and over will be delivered to one UK mainland address free of charge(excludes Scotland Highlands & Islands, Isle of man, Isles of scilly, Isle of Wight & Northern Ireland), subject to the goods being paid for in full before dispatch.
    
    If your order is below £150.00* or you require delivery to Scotland Highlands & Islands, Isle of man, Isles of scilly, Isle of Wight or Northern Ireland, then the following charges apply:

            UK Mainland Delivery:
            Orders over £150* - FREE
            Orders £0 to £149.99* - £9.99* 
            Please note: Isle of wight delivery incurs a £6.99 surcharge.

            Scotland Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland:
            Orders over £150* - £12.99*
            Orders £0 to £149.99* - £19.99*

            Isle of man, Isles of scilly, UK offshore islands:
            Orders over £150* - £19.99*
            Orders £0 to £149.99* - £29.99*

Returns / Refunds Terms and conditions: 

Returns:
Inspire Graphics would expect it's customers to be totally satisfied with their purchases. Your purchase should be free of any manufacturing defects, but in the event of such a defect existing or your goods have been damaged in transit you must notify us within 7 working days of receiving them. If you fail to notify us within 7 working days of delivery, Inspire Graphics will not accept responsibility for the goods being defective or damaged. Inspire Graphics are unable to refund carriage costs.

Damaged or Faulty Goods:
Inspire Graphics will undertake to replace faulty or damaged goods, provided:
1) that you have notified and returned the goods to us within 7 working days of the date that they were delivered to you.
2) that you return the goods through a fully insured courier with proof of delivery.

Non-Refundable or Non-Faulty Goods:
Inspire Graphics cannot accept returns of non-faulty bespoke goods. This is because the bespoke products would be unable to be resold. Inspire Graphics cannot accept returns of printed items that may have colour matching issues unless a colour matching proof was previously agreed.
